Terms of engagement
Welcome to Studio Rouse! By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Terms
To initiate a project, an initial deposit of 20% of the total payment is required. Invoices are due within 10 business days. A monthly service charge of 1.5% may apply to overdue balances. We reserve the right to withhold Deliverables for unpaid invoices.
2. Revisions and Changes
Our standard package includes three revisions per item. If you require additional changes beyond this scope, we will provide a revised quote. Please note that changes may impact our delivery timeline.
3. Delivery Schedule
We aim to complete all work within 6 weeks of receiving the necessary written and visual content, unless an alternative timeline is agreed upon. Timely feedback from you is crucial to meet this timeline. Any delays caused by you will not constitute a breach of this schedule.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement will commence upon your deposit being paid and will remain in effect until all services are delivered or terminated by mutual agreement. In the event of termination, a final invoice will be issued for all work completed up to that point.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing all written and visual content needed for the project. This content should be ready for reproduction without further preparation. Final proofreading must be approved by you, and any errors in approved Deliverables will be at your cost to correct.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties acknowledge that they may receive confidential information in connection with this Agreement. All parties agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law.
7. Attribution
Studio Rouse reserves the right to showcase Deliverables in our portfolio and on our website, provided they do not contain confidential information.
